Spark26 is coming to West Region

The start of 2026 marks an exciting milestone for our movement as we ignite our new strategy — a shared vision to empower even more young people through adventure, teamwork and our shared values, helping them make a positive difference in the world.

As we shaped this strategy together, one message came through loud and clear:

Our vision can only be achieved by supporting and empowering our volunteers to deliver an inclusive, high-quality programme.

That’s why we’re bringing the doers, thinkers and innovators of Scouting together at Spark26. This is our chance to build on what’s working well, be honest about what could be better, and start shaping where we focus our collective efforts — locally, regionally and nationally — to make the biggest impact.
