Each participant will leave with a logbook to chart progression\, which must be signed by the leader overseeing their volunteering. \nWhat you’ll be doing\nWe have created a varied programme that is adapted to suit the needs of individual groups whilst enabling our team of instructors to pass on their extensive knowledge. Our team has extensive experience and has developed a range of leadership methods and techniques through years of coaching outdoor activities. Young Leaders will be taking part in and have the opportunity to lead activity sessions\, such as rock climbing\, high ropes\, team building\, and wide games.
