For full details and to register\, please visit the original event page: https://scouts.scot/event/wild-adventure-days-4/ \nJoin us for our Wild Adventure Days which are available for all children from P1 – P7 (5 -12)\, whether your child is already a member of Scouts or not.\nBased on adventure\, fun & challenge\, our Wild Adventure days take place at our Scout Adventure Fordell Firs activity centre\, located on the outskirts of Dunfermline\, just five minutes from the new Queensferry crossing. \nWild Adventure Days Schedule\n6th\, 7th\, 8th\, 9th\, 10th\, 13th\, 14th\, 15th\, 16th\, 17th July 2026\nDrop off between 9:00am – 9:30am / Pick up between 4pm – 4:30pm \nWho can come?\nOpen to all\, aged 5-12.\nIf your child has any additional needs it is important that you call the centre to chat these through in more detail. SUMMARY:Scouts Scotland Challenge Hike
DESCRIPTION:Please note: this is not a West Region event. For full details and to register\, please visit the original event page: https://scouts.scot/event/challenge-hike/ \nBack this year at Lochgoilhead\, the Scouts Scotland Challenge Hike aimed at Scouts and Explorers.\nNavigate your way through the stunning Arrochar Alps surrounding the centre while making your way to different checkpoints. At each checkpoint there will be challenges for you to complete with points to be won. The more points you achieve the more chance you have of being crowned winners and picking up the prizes.\nGroups will stay at the centre each night and will get breakfast and dinner at the centre with a packed lunch.\nYoung people must be in a team of 4. They must also have at least 1 leader accompanying them at centre through the weekend.\nYoung people must have ability equivalent to Hiker Badge or Navigator Stage 4 or Mountain Training Hill Skills course. The first night will be spent in a tent provided by the centre and the second in a shelter constructed by the participants. The weekend is fully catered with Scouts cooking some of their meals during the course of the weekend. \nCost of event\n£55.00 per person \nExtra information\nPlaces are restricted to no more than 6 per troop. DESCRIPTION:Scout Adventures Fordell Firs is hosting their inaugural winter camp for Scouts! \nWhat to expect.\nThe Big Fordell Freeze will be an unforgettable winter adventure packed with exhilarating adventure activities to keep you entertained throughout the day and a fun fair zone and campfires at night. \nThe weekend will be filled with the well-loved adventure activities that you love and some new ones exclusive to this camp. From the 3G Swing to a huge inflatable cliff jump and slide\, to zip lining and snow globe photo experience to jacobs ladder and an optional Loony Dook at Lochore Meadows for those brave enough to face the winter temperatures.\nThe evenings will be filled with entertainment as we have outdoor adventure activities and a Fun Fair Zone. \nWho is the event for?\nThis event is for Scout groups and their leaders.
